Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council – Accessibility and Site Policies

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (Council) is committed to making its website accessible to all users.  Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate all users who utilize standards compliant web browsers as well as enabling software or assistive devices.  The Council welcomes comments on how to improve the site’s accessibility for users with disabilities.

Linking to Council

You do not need to get advance permission to link to us if you are making a simple link to the home page. If you link to the home page we do request that you only link to us using the following URL: www.bhec.texas.gov.

What You Should Not Do

Please do not capture Council web pages within your frames, present Council content as that of your own, otherwise misrepresent the content of the Council web pages or misinform users about the origin or ownership of the content of the Council website. Any link to our site should be a full forward link that passes the client browser to the Council site unencumbered. The BACK button should return the visitor to your website if the visitor wishes to back out. Although the content of the Council website is available to the public, certain information may be trademarked, service marked, or otherwise protected as Council’s intellectual property, and all content is protected by federal copyright laws.
