The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council has issued a guidance document titled Guidance on the Treatment of Gender Identity-related Concerns Under Chapter 161, Subchapter Y, Texas Health & Safety Code.
The document is intended to assist licensees in understanding how Chapter 161, Subchapter Y of the Texas Health & Safety Code relates to clinical practice.
