The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 463, 882, 884, and 885
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the November 8, 2024, Texas Register and becomes effective November 14, 2024:
• §463.25 Health Service Psychologist Specialty Certification (repeal) with preamble, which includes reasoned
justification for the rule;
• §882.14 Petition for Waiver or Remediation of Deficiency with preamble;
• §882.21 License Statuses with preamble;
• §884.10 Investigation of Complaints with preamble;
• §884.60 Depositions, Subpoenas, and Witness Expenses (repeal and replace) with preamble; and
• §885.1 Executive Council Fees with preamble.
