LPC Board recommended, and the Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 681 and 882 through 885.
The following adopted rules can be found in the March 22, 2024, Issue of the Texas Register and will become effective March 27, 2024:
- 22 TAC §681.72 Required Application Materials with preamble;
- 22 TAC §882.23 License Required to Practice with preamble;
- 22 TAC §882.28 Update to Degree on a License with preamble;
- 22 TAC §883.1 Renewal of a License with preamble;
- 22 TAC §884.1 Timeliness of Complaints with preamble; and
- 22 TAC §885.1 Executive Council Fees with preamble.
