LPC Board recommended, and the Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapter 681 and 882
The following adopted rules can be found in the March 3, 2023, Issue of the Texas Register and will become effective March 7, 2023:
22 TAC §681.140 Requirements for Continuing Education with preamble;
22 TAC §681.141 General Continuing Education Requirements with preamble;
22 TAC §681.142 Acceptable Continuing Education with preamble;
22 TAC §681.143 Activities Unacceptable as Continuing Education with preamble;
22 TAC §681.145 Determination of Clock-hours Granted with preamble;
22 TAC §681.147 40-Clock-Hour Supervisor Training Course with preamble; and
22 TAC §882.42 Ineligibility Due to Criminal History with preamble.
