LPC Board recommended, and the Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapter 681 and 882.
The following adopted rules can be found in the September 15, 2023, Issue of the Texas Register and will become effective September 21, 2023:

- 22 TAC §681.38 Conflicts, Boundaries, Dual Relationships, and Termination of Relationships with preamble;
- 22 TAC §681.41 General Ethical Requirements with preamble;
- 22 TAC §681.52 Parenting Facilitation with preamble;
- 22 TAC §681.205 Schedule of Sanctions with preamble; and
- 22 TAC §882.61 Special Licensing Provisions for Service Members and Military Spouses with preamble.
