The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 801, 882, 884, and 885
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the November 8, 2024, Texas Register and becomes effective November 14, 2024:
• §801.114 Academic Course Content with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule;
• §801.115 Academic Requirements and Supervised Clinical Internship Equivalency for Applicants Currently Licensed as
an LMFT in Another Jurisdiction (repeal) with preamble;
• §801.142 Supervised Clinical Experience Requirements and Conditions with preamble;
• §801.143 Supervisor Requirements with preamble;
• §801.201 Temporary License with preamble;
• §882.14 Petition for Waiver or Remediation of Deficiency with preamble;
• §882.21 License Statuses with preamble;
• §884.10 Investigation of Complaints with preamble;
• §884.60 Depositions, Subpoenas, and Witness Expenses (repeal and replace) with preamble; and
• §885.1 Executive Council Fees with preamble.
