The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 801 and 881
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the March 14, 2025, Texas Register and becomes effective March 17, 2025:
• §801.43 Professional Representation with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule;
• §801.44 Relationships with Clients with preamble;
• §801.50 Corporation and Business Names with preamble;
• §801.53 Advertising and Announcements with preamble;
• §801.115 Applicants Currently Licensed as an LMFT in Another Jurisdiction with preamble;
• §801.204 Licensing of Military Service Members, Military Veterans, and Military Spouses with preamble;
• §801.303 Other Actions with preamble;
• §801.305 Schedule of Sanctions with preamble; and
• §881.20 Rulemaking by the Executive Council with preamble.
