Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 801 and 885
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the November 18, 2022, Texas Register and become effective November 23, 2022:
• §801.2 Definitions with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for
the rule;
• §801.43 Professional Representation with preamble;
• §801.302 Severity Level and Sanction Guide with preamble;
• §801.305 Schedule of Sanctions (Repeal and Replace) with preamble; and
• §885.1 Executive Council Fees with preamble.
