The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 801 and 882
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the November 7, 2025, Texas Register and become effective November 9, 2025:
• §801.44 Relationships with Clients with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule;
• §801.142 Supervised Clinical Experience Requirements and Conditions with preamble;
• §801.143 Supervisor Requirements with preamble;
• §882.1 Application Process with preamble;
• §882.2 General Application File Requirements with preamble; and
• §882.21 License Statuses with preamble.
