The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapter 882
The following adopted rule, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the July 12, 2024, Texas Register and becomes effective July 16, 2024:
• §882.2 General Application File Requirements with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule.
