CALL FOR PUBLIC COMMENT – PROPOSED RULES PUBLISHED DECEMBER 16, 2022

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council published proposed rules regarding 22 TAC, Chapter 801

The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council voted to propose the following rule(s) at its October 25, 2022, meeting. These proposed rules are published in the December 16, 2022, edition of the Texas Register.

 • §801.142 Supervised Clinical Experience Requirements and Conditions with preamble;
 • §801.202 LMFT Associate License with preamble; and
 • §801.261 Requirements for Continuing Education with preamble.
