Beginning February 1, 2021 online application submission will be required for Marriage and Family Therapist – Associate, Upgrade to Marriage and Family Therapist, and Marriage and Family Therapist (from out of state). Paper applications received on or after February 1st will be returned to the sender with instruction to apply online.
