The Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 463, 882, 883, 884, and 885
The following adopted rule, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the March 22, 2024, Texas Register and becomes effective March 27, 2024:
• §463.9 Licensed Specialist in School Psychologywith preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule;
• §882.23 License Required to Practice with preamble;
• §882.28 Update to Degree on a License with preamble;
• §883.1 Renewal of a License with preamble;
• §884.1 Timeliness of Complaints with preamble; and
• §885.1 Executive Council Fees with preamble.
