Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 463 and 882
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the September 15, 2023, Texas Register and become effective September 21, 2023:
• §463.8 Licensed Psychological Associates with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule; and
• §882.61 Special Licensing Provisions for Service Members and Military Spouses with preamble.
