Executive Council published adopted rules in 22 TAC Chapters 463 and 882
The following adopted rules, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the March 3, 2023, Texas Register and become effective March 7, 2023:
• §463.9 Licensed Specialist in School Psychology with preamble, which includes reasoned justification for the rule;
• §463.10 Licensed Psychologists with preamble;
• §463.11 Supervised Experience Required for Licensure as a Psychologist with preamble;
• §463.12 Temporary License with preamble;
• §463.15 Criteria for Degrees Conferred Prior to 1979 with preamble;
• §463.35 Requirements for Professional Development (repeal and replace) with preamble; and
• §882.42 Ineligibility Due to Criminal History with preamble.
