Executive Council published adopted rule in 22 TAC Chapter 882
The following adopted rule, affecting Title 22 of the Texas Administrative Code, can be found in the September 15, 2023, Texas Register and becomes effective September 21, 2023:
• §882.61 Special Licensing Provisions for Service Members and Military Spouses with preamble, which includes
reasoned justification for the rule.
