The Council, in accordance with the authority granted under Section 551.021 of the Government Code, voted at its May 4, 2021 regular meeting to transition from written meeting minutes to a recording of each open meeting. The public can access recordings of the open meetings via the Council’s YouTube Channel or by submitting a public information request.
