All licensees are required to use CE Broker for tracking and reporting continuing education (CE). Starting January 1, 2026, licensees must have created an account and report completion of CE hours required during the renewal period before they will be able to renew their license.
CE Broker is the official CE tracking system of the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council. While account activation is required, you will never have to pay for a CE Broker Basic Account. Licensees do have the option to subscribe to an upgraded account, which offers additional CE tracking tools.
How to activate your CE Broker account
1. Visit https://cebroker.com/plans.
2. Choose the plan best for you.
3. Enter your license number and start tracking your continuing education.
